At Kianda Foundation, we believe that empowering women and girls is key to achieving gender equality and sustainable development in Kenya. We work towards this goal by providing education, health services, and economic opportunities to girls and women in rural and urban areas.

Build your skills: We offer training and support to our volunteers, so you can build your skills in areas such as communication, leadership, and project management.

Volunteer Roles and Responsibilities

Volunteers will primarily work with our Fanikisha program, where they will:

support data collection and entry,
Interview beneficiaries, and
Assist with other program-related tasks as needed.

Volunteers will be expected to commit at least one full day per week, although additional time commitments may be required based on program needs.
